CAITHNESS Cycling Club rider Alasdair Washington retained his North of Scotland 50-mile veteran title in the Scottish Championships at Invergordon last Sunday.

WICK Wheelers latest 10-mile time trial took place on Thursday, June 26. The Caithness weather was kinder this week than it has been recently and times were generally one minute quicker.
