ROBERT "Bobby" Lawson, who died recently, aged 91, in East Linton, was a well known figure around Bettyhill. His aged Volvo was a frequent sight on the Skelpick road as he made his way around the area from his croft house at Rhinovie.

NANCY passed away peacefully on Monday, December 21, in Seaview House Care Home in Wick, where she had been residing having been diagnosed at the beginning of last year with a form of Alzheimer's.
