Disgust at nesting site fly-tipping at Duncansby Head

A NATURE lover was horrified to see one of the far north’s most important seabird nesting sites despoiled by an outbreak of fly-tipping.

Anne Grain was appalled to see old carpets and assorted other household debris strewn down the cliff face at Duncansby Head.

She discovered the mess on an area known as the Gloop while hiking with friends on Sunday.

She was so disgusted by what she saw immediately posted images she had taken to a community Facebook site which resulted in a massive reaction condemning the mess.
