Acknowledgements

HOSSACK - Sandra and the family of the late Bill wish to express their sincere thanks to all friends and neighbours for their kindness following their recent sad loss. Thanks also to Dunnett's Funeral Directors and to the Rev. Warner for his kind words. The sum of £523 was donated to the Highland Hospice.
OAG - Margaret would like to thank everyone who extended their kind sympathy by cards, letters, telephone calls and flowers after the sad loss of David. Grateful thanks to the Rev. Kenneth Warner for the comforting and uplifting service, to everyone at the West Church for their help, to Dunnett's Funeral Directors for their caring assistance, to the paramedics, police, doctors and nursing staff at Raigmore and Caithness General Hospitals and to Riverbank Practice. Thanks also to the management and staff of the Norseman Hotel, to Thurso and Latheron R.B.L. and the Q.O.H.R.A. for poppy wreaths and to all who attended the funeral and donated to the sum of £1013.54 in aid of Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland.
KENNEDY - The Kennedy family wish to thank all those who expressed their sympathy and kindness over recent months and after Raye's passing. Special thanks to family doctors and palliative care and grateful thanks to John Craw for the church service and graveside address.
MANSON - The family of the late Cathie Manson would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all relatives and friends for their many cards and expressions of sympathy received following their recent sad loss. Sincere thanks to all staff at Pentland View Nursing Home for their excellent care over the last four years. Special thanks to Rev. K. Warner for his comforting service, to Dunnett's Funeral Directors for their efficient funeral arrangements and excellent tea and to all those who paid their last respects at the graveside. Donations totalling £210 will be given to Cancer Research U.K. and Pentland View Comfort Fund.
FORBES - Robert and Mary would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy shown to them after the sad loss of Jessie. Special thanks to Major Mary Boyd for her comforting service and her visits to their home and to Dunnett's Funeral Directors for the professional way they conducted the funeral arrangements. Special thanks to Riverside Practice and to all carers. Finally, thanks to all those who paid their last respects and kindly donated the sum of £650 in aid of Alzheimer Scotland.
ANTONIOS - Patricia's friends would like to thank everyone who paid their respects to a kind, warm hearted person and for the generous sum of £504 which has been donated to Cancer Research and R.N.L.I. Also a big thank you to the staff of the Newton Wing, Town and County Hospital, for the care and kindness shown to Patricia during her last few weeks.
POTTINGER - Tom and family of the late Jac would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all relatives and friends for cards, flowers, expressions of sympathy and support following their recent sad loss. Sincere thanks to all the medical staff who helped nurse Jac through her illness and a special thanks to John Craw for his support and for conducting the service in Jac's memory. Finally, many thanks to all those who paid their last respects and donated at the service and thereafter. The generous sum of £2,500 was collected in aid of Children's Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS).
MACLEOD - The family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support preceding and following Kenny's home call. In particular they would like to thank the medical service in Thurso and Raigmore Hospital, especially the CRU at the Beatson Centre and all in Ward 4 at Hexham General Hospital. They would also like to express their thanks to the Northern Presbytery and Roy Macgregor for arrangements at the funeral and to Dunnett's Funeral Directors for their compassionate and professional assistance. The sum of £1784.02 was raised for the CRU Beatson Cancer Centre.
